MY FREAKING HOLOSUN EPS CARRY RETICLE STUCK - HELP!

Okay guys, I'm having a major issue with my Holosyn EPS Carry. The reticle is completely stuck. I've tried everything - taking it apart, cleaning it, adjusting the settings, but nothing seems to work. It's like it's seized up or something. Has anyone else ever experienced this issue? Any tips on how to get it moving again would be greatly appreciat
